Deine Kompetenzen

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fachrichtung Fertigungstechnik mit
Erfahrung bei Umrüstungen und Modifikationen an Luftfahrzeugen (zivil und/oder militärisch)
Du konntest Erfahrungen im Bereich Strukturreparaturen sammeln sowie in der Behebung von strukturellen Beanstandungen
Du bringst ein Qualitätsbewusstsein mit, bist zuverlässig und genau
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ein einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis zum Bestehen der ZÜP gemäß §7 LuftSiG

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist für die Materialbearbeitung und den Austausch von defekten Struktur-Bauteilen verantwortlich
Die Durchführung von Reparaturen/Modifikationen gemäß Herstelleranweisung (SRM, SRI, SB, usw.) liegt in Deiner Verantwortung
Du übernimmst die Fertigung von Bauteilen gemäß Herstellervorgaben
Durchführung von diversen Verfahren wie z.B. „Cold expansion of holes (FTI-System)“
Du verarbeitest Befestigungsmaterialien und führst eine lückenlosen Dokumentation über Deine Tätigkeiten

Your profile

You have completed training as an aircraft mechanic
You have sound knowledge in the field of production engineering
Experience in retrofitting and modifying aircraft (civil and/or military)
You have gained experience in structural repairs and in rectifying structural complaints
You are quality-conscious, reliable and accurate
Good written and spoken German and English
An impeccable police clearance certificate for passing the ZÜP in accordance with §7 LuftSiG (German Aviation Safety Act)

Your mission

You will be responsible for processing materials and replacing defective structural components
You will be responsible for carrying out repairs/modifications in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (SRM, SRI, SB, etc.)
You will be responsible for manufacturing components in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
Carrying out various processes such as ‘Cold expansion of holes (FTI system)’
You will process fastening materials and keep complete documentation of your activities
